Users must provide accurate information during registration and campaigns.
ADRYD may update features, pricing, or terms at any time.
Misuse of the platform may lead to account suspension or termination.
All content, data, and materials on the platform are owned by ADRYD.
Payments, bookings, and campaigns are processed only after confirmation.
ADRYD is not responsible for incorrect user-entered details affecting service delivery.

2. Privacy Policy

We collect basic user information to provide and improve our services.
Your data is securely stored and never sold to third parties.
Data may be shared only with trusted partners for service fulfillment.
We use cookies to enhance user experience and analytics.
Users can request data removal or account deletion anytime.
Sensitive details such as payment information are encrypted.
Unauthorized access, misuse, or distribution of your data is strictly prohibited.

Refunds are available only for failed, incomplete, or system-error campaign bookings.
Refund requests require proof of payment and reason for refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
No refunds for campaigns already launched or completed.
Incorrect details provided by users are not refundable.
Digital services or custom bookings may be non-refundable.

ADRYD provides digital campaign services, so no physical shipping is required.
Campaign details, confirmations, and updates are delivered digitally through the app.
Users must ensure accurate contact information for smooth service delivery.
If any digital asset or campaign file is required, it will be delivered electronically.

Campaigns can be canceled only before approval or scheduling.
Once a campaign is active, cancellation is not possible.
Prepaid campaigns canceled before processing may qualify for a refund.
Cancellation due to user error (wrong details, wrong selection) may not be eligible for refund.
ADRYD reserves the right to cancel campaigns in case of policy violations.
